Apartheid in Palestine

Apartheid (South Africa) means that an ethnic group is excluded from political rights. Now, in Israel, Arab citizens have the same rights as Jews and, uniquely in the Arab world, vote in free elections. The proof that they fare better there than in any other Arab country is that none choose to move to an Arab nation, despite having the freedom to do so.

The West Bank is an occupied territory and is not part of Israel; its inhabitants are not Israeli citizens but rather belong to a so-called Palestinian state.
