Arab Immigration to Palestine
Some argue that the Arabs in Palestine in 1948 were actually mostly immigrants from neighboring countries and not originally from that land. I’m unsure about the extent of this Arab immigration to Palestine, but it doesn’t matter. Milan is full of people from the south of Italy, yet it remains an Italian city; if Arabs were to forcibly immigrate and try to separate it from Italy, it would be considered an invasion, regardless of how many southerners are in Milan.
