Responsible Parenthood
The term "responsible parenthood" was used instead of "birth control" to emphasize the desire to have children, but in the right number. However, with the current birth rate trends, we are heading towards catastrophe. Therefore, we should speak of responsible parenthood only if there are at least two children per couple.
