 Westerners and the Third World

 

Westerners invented science, medicine, technology, factories, and the modern economy: the Third World would like to benefit from these, but it does not always succeed. It is true that a people, by being poor and underdeveloped, do not lose their human rights. However, the problem is that some, like the Arabs in general, blame others for their misery and backwardness, while others have made enormous progress by taking advantage of Western discoveries and models: first Japan, then the Asian Tigers, and finally the immense China.
