For Westerners, it means two states, while for Arabs, it means the destruction of Israel with a second Holocaust. Now, the Gaza war broke out because Hamas wants to destroy Israel, certainly not because it wants two states. The misunderstanding is tragic because it makes those in Gaza believe that those protesting in the West are for the destruction of Israel.
