Unprepared Politicians
Today's politicians are unprepared due to the crisis of political parties, which
used to serve as a filter in the past (during the First Republic). Based on
their abilities, individuals would start as youth leaders, then take on modest
roles, and only after a long apprenticeship and even party schools would they
take on important positions. Unfortunately, rhetoric against partitocracy is
widespread, capturing the anger of dissatisfied people who have no idea how a
modern democracy functions.
