Judicial Truth
One must not confuse the world of paper with the real world, as they do not
always coincide, indeed, I would say they rarely do completely. In the specific
case, judicial truth is not only not the truth as such (final and definitive),
but it is also not the socio-political truth. It's not as if someone is guilty
or innocent (truly) if they are convicted or (especially) acquitted definitively:
