Judicial Truth and Politics

One must not confuse judicial truth with political opinion. Each of us has a political (or artistic, religious, gastronomic) opinion according to our own beliefs, which are then tied to a worldview in general. Based on it, I can think that a certain attack was carried out by fascists, Palestinians, Martians, or even Snow White. Judicial truth, on the other hand, is based on concrete and specific facts that go "beyond a reasonable doubt": if they are lacking, there can be no conviction.

The fundamental problem is that the two truths become confused when judges act based on political or ideological views (if not personal interests).
