Aid for Families
Undoubtedly, society must provide assistance to families; however, while this aid may have some impact, the problem fundamentally lies with the parents who must raise and then support their children until they become independent, which is happening later and later. I believe it's a matter of mindset that needs to change. In the end, everyone wants a child, but they often reach that decision late, nearing menopause. The problem is that it's not enough to have just one child; two are needed for demographic balance.
