Conspiracy Theories

Conspiracy theories are not a new phenomenon; they have always been present throughout history for the same reasons as today. Think of the "untori" described in "The Betrothed" with their related atrocious condemnations of the innocent. We can say that the means of dissemination have changed, as have all means of dissemination, in fact: no longer just word of mouth but the media, which allow for dissemination worldwide, a globalization that occurs, moreover, for every aspect of life.
