Bombings in Gaza

In another instance of Israeli bombardments, Hamas urged people to climb onto rooftops to show they are not afraid of death. In the mentality of Islamic fundamentalism, dying for the cause of faith is the holiest thing a true believer can do and will be rewarded with paradise. In wars, it doesn't matter how many enemies there are or what weapons they have; it is only the almighty God who decides the victory. If we prove ourselves worthy, He will grant us victory, or rather, the good that we embody will triumph over evil. If we do not win, it is because God has not deemed us worthy. It's a way of thinking that may seem like madness to us, but it was once common among us as well.
