Scoundrels and/or Idiots

I continue to be amazed that there are still so many people who see political opponents as scoundrels and/or idiots rather than individuals with different opinions. This lack of democratic sense may be an inheritance from fascism or, more accurately, communism. So, perhaps we can throw these scoundrels into jail or gulags, or at least strip them of the right to vote.

From a logical standpoint, even scoundrels and/or idiots can express truthful things: sometimes children, jesters, and criminals say true things.
