The general sees the world from a perspective contrary to the prevailing view. I won't delve into the merits because that's not the issue, but it doesn't seem to me that he is against the Constitution and democracy, which are based precisely on the freedom of expression of minorities. If he had said, as many do online, that our system is a fake democracy, that a violent revolution is needed for a true democracy, that black individuals cannot hold public office, and similar things, he would have spoken against the Constitution, which, on the other hand, is not permissible.
