Child Custody in Separations
Many find it unfair that, except under special circumstances, children are typically entrusted to the mother, who thereby also gains the right to the shared home. In my humble opinion, we can talk about equality between men and women in the fields of education, work, politics, and others, but NOT in the realm of sexual relationships, love, and family. Men and women have different organs, a different physique, a different mentality: thus, mothers and fathers have different roles and figures, and it is usually the mother who raises the children she has given birth to, with fathers contributing (though not always, unfortunately). Consequently, children are usually entrusted to the mother, and the father can still spend time with them on certain days; I would say this is in line with nature.
